Question: What sites do you operate at this time?
Answer: We operate 3 of them. I do all of the personal stuff on mine, Naughty Alysha, as well as help out with SlutSavannah.com. We also operate ExtremeMia.com.

Question: How did you stumble upon the adult genre?
Answer: We used to post nude in public pics on a site. It wasn't our site, and it was for a hobby, just for fun. I started winning contests, and people wanted me to post more graphic pics, so I started winning contests with that as well.

Question: What made you decide to start your own adult site?
Answer: We decided to open NaughtyAlysha for a hobby and charge the bare minimum to keep it away from children. It was all for fun. It just showed an extension of our real lives. It really started taking off, so we thought, "Hey, we may have something here". So, we started charging a bit more, and business just kept getting better. I was then contacted by my producer who flew us out to California for me to do movies, as well. Adam [Alysha's husband, ed.] then quit his job, and we made this our full time job.

Question: What are your insights regarding the niches you cover?
Answer: Well, of course, I enjoy all of the niches that I cover. I wouldn't do them, otherwise. Adam and I were doing ALL of this before we even posted one picture on any site.



Question: With the influx of amateur sites in cyberspace, the competition is becoming tighter by the day. So, what makes your sites different from the hundreds or so on the web?
Answer: We offer a very personal touch to our site (NaughtyAlysha). We feel that if someone is kind enough to want to check out what we do, then we should do everything we can to keep that person happy and satisfied. That's why I do a lot of requests from my members. I also make sure that I answer ALL of my personal email. I write my own diary entries as well as message board entries. We also have an Instant Message feature in which you can send me a personal message and correspond with me with no one else seeing. As for Slut Savannah and Extreme Mia, I do what I can with those, but of course those sites aren't an "extension" of ourselves, so we can't necessarily give them the personal touch. However, we still try and do EVERYTHING we can to keep the members happily satisfied, as well.

Question: Any webmaster would agree that the success or failure of their sites depends entirely on the members. What is the best thing about your members?
Answer: First, I like to call my members and fans, my friends. I've met so many great people since we've been online. With my site being extreme, the people that enjoy it tend to be very open-minded and fun.

Question: What about dislikes? Is there anything in particular that you do not like about them?
Answer: I really don't dislike anything regarding my "friends". They are awesome.

Question: How often do you shoot photo shoots for Naughty Alysha?
Answer: We try and do several a month. NaughtyAlysha is really a reality based site. We don't act with anything. So, if the mood hits us, and we are in the middle of doing something wild and fun, we start taking pics or video. The cameras are never too far away! A few weeks ago, I gave a webcam show from a hotel room and stated that I was really horny and invited anyone in the area to come meet me at a restaurant afterwards so we could bring them back to the room for me to have fun with. NONE of that was set up at all. I was just really horny... lol.

Question: Have you worked with different photographers?
Answer: My husband takes all of my photos. I work with my producer for my movies as well. I've done a couple of photo shoots for a couple of magazines, but nothing major.

Question: How do you choose the themes?
Answer: There really aren't any themes. As I said, NaughtyAlysha is very reality based.

Question: NaughtyAlysha is notorious for showcasing the naughtiest hardcore action. Who comes up with these naughty stories?
Answer: Adam (my husband) does a lot of the story lines. But again it's all real, not fake, so it's not too hard to come up with the words for a story...lol.

Question: Do you invite models for your site? How do you choose them?
Answer: We don't really choose any models. Most of my site (NaughtyAlysha) consists of me. My husband sometimes joins in. We also do shoots with people who want to do an exchange of content if they are in the pics/video with me.

Question: Any future plans you want to share with us?
Answer: We want to build more sites and have fun with whatever we are doing. I don't intend to get away from in front of the camera for a long time. But, I do want to start doing more from behind the camera. I am a TOTAL voyeur at heart, and I really enjoy watching.

Question: First off, I wanted to ask how did you come into the adult genre?
Answer: In January, 2004, my friend, Silvia Saint, asked me if I wanted to visit a casting for Playboy in Brno (CZ). I said why not, and I tried it. It was really unusual to undress before so many people, but I realized that I have no problem with it. Right at that casting, I said to myself - never boy-girl scenes, maximum girl-girl. Two months passed and nothing happened, so I stopped thinking about it, but then they called from the production company selecting me to come to do a photo session. That took place in Prague, lasted three days, and it was girl-girl. I can tell you it was a big shock for an amateur! But I did it and the production company was enthusiastic, so I was sure I should continue modeling.

Question: Why did you launch an adult site?
Answer: For money, of course, and for PR activities.

Question: What sites do you currently operate?
Answer: Evelyn's Glamour for erotic for glamour stuff and is now renamed to My Glamour Site.

Question: What are your insights regarding the niches that you cover?
Answer: I prefer softcore and glamour photos, nice photos, not brutal hardcore.

Question: The competition in this business is pretty tough. What makes your sites different from your competition?
Answer: Because I have stuff directly from producers. I have maximum quality pictures and videos. I don't buy stuff from content providers. I select only high quality stuff for my site.

Answer: I think that the movies are in DVD quality.

Answer: I don't have stories on my website, only newsletter for my members.

Here's our interview with Dominique of Superglam.com - Superglam is an adult site based in Amsterdam that showcases the hottest and horniest girls from Europe.

Question: As a programmer, who shifted from being an adult website enthusiast into a full time adult career, Dominique works with Superglam providing a service that goes beyond the conventional profession. Dominique, how did it all start?
Answer: A decade ago I was working for an ISP and had made, just for fun, an adult website in my free time. Soon I realized that there is more money to be made with this tiny adult website than on my regular job as a programmer. It was then I started to work full time in the adult genre.

Answer: At this moment we are operating Superglam.com only. The site is a blast since it went online. We prefer to devote 100% of our work into one single project, rather than having a couple of average websites. With SuperGlam, quality wins over quantity.

Question: What are your views on the niches you cover?
Answer: The glamour babes niche is almost mainstream, in my opinion, and that is the biggest selling point and advantage compared to harder niches. SuperGlam is a website you can be proud about to be a member of and tell your friends about.

Question: Why did you start Explicite Art?
Answer: Internet is, for me, the way to freedom and independence. Explicite Art is my house. The members are my guests, and I receive orders from no one here.

Answer: These 2 questions really go hand and hand. We got into the industry as an experiment. We just wanted to share some of the pictures we enjoyed as surfers. Then after learning more and talking with others, we started to work at building sites that generated traffic. Answer: The biggest difference is most other companies choose one quality or quantity. We update each of our sites multiple times per week with many different style models. Our fan base has also helped us in many ways in that they are so vocal of their likes and dislikes. Because of the amazing feed back over the years, it has helped tune our content purchases to cater to their tastes and, in turn, keep them coming back.

Question: In contrast to my previous question, is there anything in particular that you do not like about your members?

Answer: When you make a living on a service, it is your responsibility to make the customer always be right so there is nothing we could dislike about our fans. The only time we ever even feel so much as frustration is when a technical issue, or lack of understanding in the technology being used, creates a rift. With the rise in trojans, spyware, firewall programs, security concerns, popup blockers, anti-virus, and ad blockers, it makes diagnosing any technical issue much more difficult. To allow for this, we tend to be slow to update technology if it means leaving other members behind.

Question: Why don't we change the gears a bit and talk about the things that went on behind the scene. First, how do you choose the themes?

Answer: The photographers handle most of that. Several factors play into selection time availability and location of the model. The greatest advantage of using many photographers is the photography changes with the sets, not just the backgrounds and clothes. This makes a big difference when you add the amount of content. In regards to the clothing, that is all based on the model and how she acts in the casting call and the day she shows up for a shoot. You can't just throw a model in a cheerleading uniform and have an affective cheerleader. You need to find a girl with the right personality, and if you look at that, the theme or set creates itself around the reality of the girl.

Question: How do you come up with the story lines?

Answer: When the company was started everyone involved hated the cheesy "Hi, my name is Bob. Can I lay some pipe?" story lines the VHS and cable producers pushed on us. Our members have let us know we made the right choice by focusing on the good stuff a nice hot sex scene. We don't hire actors, and we aren't trying to write plots into someplace it doesn't belong, like a porn movie.

Question: With regards to the content itself, how often do you shoot photo shoots, and do you work with different photographers?

Answer: We update so much we could never shoot all our own content. Currently, we are buying from 30 to 40 photographers all over the world.
Packages of raw images and video stream into our office on daily basis. Chances are on any given day, as many as 3 shoots may be going on somewhere in the world.

Answer: This is one of the hardest jobs you could imagine. We get many submissions from photographers every day, and since beauty is in the eye of the beholder, it makes it hard to choose. One of the nice things about updating so much is we do not have to limit ourselves to one type or niche. We have every type of beautiful woman you could imagine. Specifically, we look to have clean, natural beautiful women who are not full of tattoos and piercings. Karups HA has a very natural girl next door look, and you would be shocked to find out she posed naked if you knew her. We get alot of college girls experimenting or looking for a way to rebel in that site, and it has been very successful. Answer: Again, I roughly script out what I want accomplished in the scene then go through it with the talent on the set - everything from the basic dialogue I want to hear to the positions I need to see. For the most part, it's pretty gonzo style within a basic framework of what needs to be said/done to get the scene right for the members.

Questions: Operating several sites must keep you very busy, especially when it comes to updating the sites' content. Just how often do you shoot photo shoots?
Answer: About once a week on average, for a full day. We plan the entire day out ahead of time and then burn through each scene to get it done right.

Questions: Have you worked with different photographers?
Answer: I have employed Cole Montana to shoot some of the scenes for BlowjobRaces.com for me. He has come a long way and also acts as an agent to lots of the talent I use on my sites as well.

Questions: What about the models, how do you choose them for the site?
Answer: Pretty much based on what the girl is willing to do. The less attractive she is, the more "hardcore" she must be willing to get. An attractive girl can always get away with doing less on camera, that's just a fact of life.



Questions: Any webmaster would agree that the life of their business relies entirely upon the members. What is the best thing about your members?
Answer: I get to know many of them through the Extreme Girl Forum, and they are a very cool bunch of people, laid back, and down to earth. They share a common passion for extreme porn, and I'm more than happy to be able to give it to them.

Question: First of, I wanted to ask how did you came into the adult genre?
Answer: I have been a photographer for more than 20 years now, and my work was most of the time in a black and white laboratory. Nude photography was a hobby for me - something just for fun. Five years ago, because of digital photography, my business went down slowly, so it was time for me to find a new way to make money. So I started a new life as a photographer but it was a "full time job" only nude photography.

Question: Why did you start an adult site?
Answer: It is the only way to show all what I want and only what I want. I wanted to do only black and white pictures; today, it is very difficult to sell black and white pictures to magazines. So today Gallery Carre is my way to look at the female body. I am free. I work for me and for the members I share the photos. They are happy and so am I.

Question: Do you operate any other site?
Answer: No just Gallery Carre

Question: What are your insights regarding the niches you cover?
Answer: This is really a very small "niche." We are less than 10 photographers who do such pictures - hard and clean at the same time. We all know each other, and some of us are friends. We exchange original prints. It is "cool."

Question: The competition in online porn is pretty steep. What makes your sites different from your competitions?
Answer: There are two answers. First, it is the only site where you can see all kinds of styles: soft pictures, hard pictures, studio, outdoor, famous porn actress or "first timer" model. There are all kinds of bodies, but always a tribute to female body. Second, day after day, I just build the web site I would like to watch. When I like a picture, I want to share it with everyone.

Question: Generally members are considered as the lifeblood of each site. What is the best thing about your members?
Answer: I receive many emails everyday, and most of them say "Thank you for sharing your pictures with us." They are members, so they have paid to watch the photos, but we never speak about money. I don't feel like someone who sells something.

Question: What about dislike, is there anything you do not like about the members?
Answer: I receive (once a month) some emails saying that what I do is just porn pictures, but this is so few emails. I am very happy with all the members. I trust them, and they trust me.



Question: Why don't we shift the gears a bit and talk about what goes on behind the scene. How do you choose the themes?
Answer: I don't choose themes. I want to do all the themes.

Question: How often do you shoot photo shoots?
Answer: Two or three times a month.

Question: During these photo shoots, have you worked with different photographers?
Answer: No, I always work alone. Sometimes I work with other photographers. We share the cost to rent a house and pay the models, but everyone does his own job.

Answer: Busty2 is an all natural boobs site with a huge membership base. It started when the famous Busty-Amateurs site closed in August of 2000. (I used to be their main photographer / videographer). Boobs have always been extremely popular and working on sites like Busty-Amateurs made me realize just how popular. Busty2 is a site full of all natural girl next door models that are not in heavy make-up (which I personal hate). They're in natural surroundings. Since the BA days, we have added more videos and hard-core videos to improve the appeal of B2. Our other sites have come about to fill voids in our Affiliate program Busty-Bucks. Many affiliates had traffic which was suited to more than just the boob niche and was going to waste, so Transsexual Palace, Open Your Legs, etc. have been built to satisfy our affiliates' requests. Busty2 and most of our other sites have 100% exclusive content, which we shoot ourselves.

Question: The competition in this business has become tighter nowadays. What makes your sites different from your competition?
Answer: Six webmasters and I run all operations on our sites. We update, design, submit, and shoot our own exclusive content, including hard-core videos. We care about our members and affiliates and listen to their ideas and requests. We reply individually to each and every e-mail sent to us, even during holidays and weekends.

Question: You mention that you shoot your own content. Just how often do you shoot photo shoots?
Answer: I personally shoot 20 - 30 new models each month. Sometimes it's difficult to find that many new models who also have natural breasts, but lately we have been shooting more average size models for the FantasyAmateur and OpenYourLegs sites.

Question: With several sites to handle, have you worked with different photographers?
Answer: Yes, quite a few, in the both the USA and Europe; however, I prefer to shoot my own images and video as much as possible, with the exception of our Transsexual Palace site, where most of the images are shot for us exclusively.

Question: What about the themes? How do you choose them?
Answer: Many ideas come from our members' e-mails requesting certain themes and settings. For example, when I shot Aria Giovanni with her breasts being squeezed in a vice or by a human hand, it was a member's request. Those sets are amazingly popular.

Question: Who comes up with the stories or the story lines?

Question: Is there anything that you dislike about your members?

Question: Any future plans that you want to share with us?
Answer: We continue to look for innovative ways to improve the sites and to add more value for our members. We take polls and listen to suggestions put forward by members as to what they want to see. If at all possible, we will implement those ideas on the sites.

Question: Could you share with us how did you come into the adult genre?
Answer: I had this friend years ago named Chris who was/is an avid porn surfer. He would be on his computer day and night looking only at porn. I saw him buying memberships to sites like crazy, so I figured if there are more people like Chris in the world then I can be a rich man pretty easily.

Question: What made you decide to start an adult site?

Answer: Our sites are 100% unique. We don't buy content from 100 (or even one) producer that has sold the same content to a thousand other webmasters. Question: How often do you shoot photo shoots?

Answer: Some from emails I get from people who visit the sites, others from model sites. It's mostly word-of-mouth though.
